If you’re ready to book your event, click here to submit your date, guest count, preferred experience, and event add-ons. We’ll approve your requested date/time and build you a custom proposal.

Your standard virtual booking includes one hour with a certified mixologist (or 90 minutes, depending on the experience) and 2 to 3 craft cocktails. After your experience, you and your guests can stay on your private Zoom as long as you’d like! You will also get your own unique event page where you and your guests can find all your event details in one place.

Event extras like cocktail prep kits, bar tools, gift cards to purchase spirits, and rounds of “Think While You Drink” trivia can be added to any virtual booking.

We offer our virtual cocktail classes to groups of all sizes – the more the merrier! We can host up to 1,000 guests at a time on Zoom. For experiences larger than that, we can host your group on Microsoft Teams, Webex, BlueJeans, or use the client’s internal platform. Additional fees may apply for events larger than 1,000 guests.

Creating amazing virtual experiences takes time. For events with shipped elements – like cocktail kits or bar tool sets – we require 3 weeks’ advanced notice. Events inside this timeframe could still be approved but may require expedited shipping and/or a rush fee.

Class-only bookings without shipped elements require just 72 hours’ notice (subject to staff availability). However, we recommend at least a week, so your guests can prepare.

Absolutely! Large groups can be split into breakout rooms or separate classes if necessary. Additional fees may apply.

To make delicious craft cocktails, you need spirits, non-alcoholic ingredients, bar/kitchen tools, and ice. Guests can supply what they need, or you can send them our cocktail prep kits! For our trivia experiences, you only need a mobile phone or computer, and your favorite drink!

Our events in general are casual, so come as you are! (Hopefully that includes pants.) We do love a good theme though… Halloween, Ugly Sweater, Hawaiian Shirt Day – we’re always happy to join in the fun!

Guests will be working on the same cocktail at the same time, but don’t worry! We create our drinks to pair well with multiple spirits, or none at all. So if you love tequila but your colleagues only drink rum, you can still take the same class and build the same drinks! It’s mixology magic!

Yes! We are always mindful and inclusive of our sober, sober-curious, pregnant and health-conscious guests. Most drinks on our menu can be made as a cocktail or a mocktail.

The “Shake & Sip Happy Hour” is a breezy, 1-hour mixology lesson featuring 2 craft cocktails. Guests join a certified mixologist to learn how to properly mix and shake delicious drinks at home. We’ll also play a rousing game of “Boozy Bingo” during the lesson, with a prize for the winner’s home bar! You and your crew can stay online following the experience to connect, laugh, share, and sip! Here’s a peek at the agenda:

The “Think While You Drink” trivia experience is a 1 to 1.5-hour BYOB trivia night, featuring 3 rounds of themed or custom questions. Guests join the fun on our interactive platform via their mobile phone or computer. A winner is crowned for each round. Play individually, or as teams! Here’s a peek at the agenda:

You betcha! We have several ways to brand your experiences. The cost varies by service, and additional lead time may be required. Here are a few ways we can highlight your brand/message:

Our base kit has all the non-alcoholic ingredients you need for the drinks you’ll be making in the class. This includes all juices, syrups, mixers, and garnishes – everything but the booze. You can also add bar tools, and/or a gift card for the purchase of spirits.

Our “Shake & Sip” kits feature 2 cocktails and include ingredients for 4-6 total drinks. Our “Virtual Mixology Class” kits feature 3 cocktails and include enough for 6-9 total drinks. Guests are encouraged to recreate the drinks again after class and share them with a loved one!

No, all of our prep kits are alcohol-free. If you would like to create a more seamless experience for your guests, you can add a gift card to each prep kit for the purchase of spirits. We recommend $25 gift cards for the purchase of alcohol. Branded gift cards are also available.

No problem! You don’t need professional bar tools to make great drinks. We’ll supply your guests with a list of everyday household items they can use instead. (A jam jar with a lid or a wide-mouth water bottle both make great cocktail shakers!)

Bar tool kits are also available and provide guests with a fun keepsake for their home bar. If you add kits during your booking, we’ll mail them to your guests beforehand. Basic and branded options available.

Prep kits are sent via ground shipping 7-10 days prior to the event date. Shipping takes approximately 2-5 days depending on their destination. In order for a shipment to leave our warehouse, your invoice must be paid in full.

Our shipping algorithm suggests the best shipping method and carrier to deliver your package. Carriers can include the USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL for international deliveries.

Yes. We do offer two-day priority and overnight shipping. Expedited shipping is required for events with less than 3 weeks’ advance notice. Additional fees apply.

You can get a quick estimate for our services by using our cost calculator. Just select the appropriate experience below and fill in the required fields. You’ll receive an instant estimate for your booking!

We fulfill orders of all sizes! We do require a minimum order of $250 (or 10 guests) in order to book a live mixology experience. If your order falls below our minimum, we charge a flat fee for the session.

Our online experiences run from 30-90 minutes depending on the services you select. Custom experiences are also available.

It depends. But in general, we always try to promote as much interaction as possible. Guests in all classes will interact by making drinks and playing “Boozy Bingo.” For groups with less than 50 people, it’s easy to see everyone and interact verbally. For larger groups, it usually makes sense to leave everyone muted, and use the chat feature to communicate. We also recommend adding trivia so guests can continue to engage during the cocktail breaks.

Your Zoom link (along with all the other event details) will be included on the private, password-protected event page we provide you. Virtual experiences can also be held on Microsoft Teams, Webex, BlueJeans, and internal platforms as well.

All clients and guests receive a password-protected event page with their custom event details. The page includes your Zoom link, downloadable recipe cards, a shopping list, an equipment list, and a “Boozy Bingo” card! (Did we mention there’s a prize for the winner’s home bar?)

Of course! If you let us know beforehand, we can offer up the podium. Count on us to bring energy, fun, and structure to your virtual event. If you’d like to take a moment to address the troops or thank people for being there, we’ll make time for you!

Upon booking, you can choose your drinks from our curated cocktail list, which includes pairings of 2-3 drinks that we believe go well together. (Drinks that can be made into mocktails will be noted!)

If you want to mix and match your own drinks – or even create a custom menu – we’ve got options for you! Additional fees may apply.

Absolutely! Mixology is an extension of the individual who’s crafting the cocktail. If you don’t like an ingredient, swap it out. If you prefer lime juice to lemon juice, give it a try. No one is judging your creation but you.

The “Virtual Mixology Class” is an immersive, 1.5 hour mixology class featuring 3 craft cocktails. Guests join a certified mixologist to learn proper building techniques, different ways to infuse flavor, and how to find balance in a drink. Plus, we play a game of “Boozy Bingo” with a prize for the winner’s home bar! After the class, you and your crew can stay on as long as you like to connect, share, and laugh! If you are sending your guests cocktail kits, we need the addresses of all attendees 14 days prior to the event date. It’s important to have the correct address, as we cannot intercept or refund a kit after it is shipped.

If your event doesn’t include kits, we just need your guest count, and a detailed guest list is not required.

Yes! But gratuity is always at the discretion of the client. You can tip your bartender one of two ways – as part of the booking process, or after the experience via Venmo. All tips are greatly appreciated! Venmo payments can be sent to @thanksforthetips.

Yes, ground shipping is included with the purchase of each cocktail prep kit. Two-day priority shipping is also available for an additional fee and is required for events booked inside 21 days.

All bookings come with the option to include gift cards, so guests can purchase spirits on their own. There are a variety of reasons alcohol is not included in kits, but here are the ones that are most important to us:

  • Not all guests drink alcohol. Our cocktail menu includes mocktail options for guests who wish to abstain from the alcohol, but not the fun.
  • As mixologists, we are sensitive to your guests’ preferences. Gift cards allow each person to select their own favorite brands for the experience, but we do provide suggestions. 
  • We know not everyone likes the same spirits. Some want to shoot tequila while others would rather sip bourbon. To make sure all guests have an experience that suits their taste, we craft our drinks to pair well with multiple spirits.
  • Many states do not allow the shipment of liquor

Yes, we’ll provide you and your guests with a list that includes the recommended spirit(s) for each drink, alternative spirit options, and our favorite brands.

We ship within the continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii. Additional fees may apply. International shipping is also possible but must be approved prior to booking.

Ship times vary depending on the service selected and the location of each recipient. But in general, we expect 3-5 days for standard shipping and 2-3 days for expedited shipping.

Yes. International shipping requests must be approved beforehand – including shipments to Canada & Mexico. Additional fees will apply.
