Bee's Knees

The Bee’s Kees is a Prohibition-era cocktail featuring gin, lemon juice and honey. The unique name is a convention of the time: The phrase “bee’s knees” was popular slang used to call something excellent.

The original Bloody Mary only contained seven ingredients: vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, celery salt, Tabasco & lemon juice. We add a few secret ones & tons of garnishes!

Loosely translated, a boulevardier is a man-about-town. But, the Boulevardier cocktail is a variation on the classic Negroni that is adored for its deft balance of bitter, boozy and sweet.

Bramble

The Bramble is considered a modern classic. There’s no reason to tweak the recipe - gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and creme de mure - it's simple, refreshing & balanced.

El Diablo

French 75
