Bee's Knees

The Bee’s Kees is a Prohibition-era cocktail featuring gin, lemon juice and honey. The unique name is a convention of the time: The phrase “bee’s knees” was popular slang used to call something excellent.

Bloody Mary

The original Bloody Mary only contained seven ingredients: vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, celery salt, Tabasco & lemon juice. We add a few secret ones & tons of garnishes!

Boulevardier

Loosely translated, a boulevardier is a man-about-town. But, the Boulevardier cocktail is a variation on the classic Negroni that is adored for its deft balance of bitter, boozy and sweet.

Bramble

The Bramble is considered a modern classic. There’s no reason to tweak the recipe - gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and creme de mure - it's simple, refreshing & balanced.

El Diablo

When most people think of classic tequila drinks, they don't include the El Diablo, but they should. This classic fizz combines tequila with crème de cassis, lime juice and ginger.

French 75

The French 75 is named for the fast-firing 75 millimeter field gun that was utilized by the French during World War One. Consisting of gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar and Champagne, the drink is a lot friendlier than the name implies.

Gold Rush

All Spruced Up

This is a lovely slow sipper featuring herbaceous gin, pomegranate & lime juice, and a sprig of rosemary. It's stunning red & green colors and seasonal flavors make it the perfect addition to your holiday menu.

Ampicillin

The Ampicillin is a riff off the Penicillin, a Scotch & Whiskey based ginger sour. But, this version swaps in tequila & mezcal for a fresher cocktail that is more approachable to guests.

Firecracker

This spicy grapefruit - jalapeño holds true to it's name. It's bitter, tart & hotter than a 1,000 suns. Don't worry, that's just how we like it. You can order mild, medium, hot or ghost pepper madness.

Dilly Dilly

If spring had an official cocktail it would be the Dilly Dilly. It features garden fresh herbs & veggies - like dill & cucumber -plus herbaceous gin, elderflower liqueur & lemon juice. Together they create a refreshing & aromatic floral martini.

Lexington Social

On paper, the Lexington Social is a very simple drink. Composed mainly of bourbon, maple syrup & lemon juice, it’s essentially a Whiskey Sour. But the addition of Earl Grey & orange bitters transforms the cocktail’s flavor.

Sweet Lips
