We primarily work and play in the LA area, but our regular service area extends from San Diego to Santa Barbara. Road trips to NorCal or surrounding states (NV, UT, AZ) are also possible with vendor approval. Additional fees may apply.

Our custom Airstream was designed to pop at intimate gatherings & slay at large-scale events and activations.

The Blind Tiger Bar can serve thousands of guests with ease! Our oversized bar, multiple wells and “Craft on Draft” program allow us to serve all your guests quickly, no matter how many you invite.

All of our events are built à la carte but usually include our charming vintage mobile bar, trained bartenders, bar tools, ice, plastic drinkware, napkins, eco-friendly Hay! straws, mixers, garnishes and signage.

Our packages are customized based on a variety of factors, including location, hours, number of guests, staffing, rentals and additional services. Airstream events have a $5,000 minimum.

Our team includes bartenders, barbacks, cocktail servers, photo booth attendants and brand ambassadors. Staffing requirements are based on the event details, including bar menu, number of guests and hours of service.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide staffing-only options. Staffing is included in catering bookings.

That’s exactly what it was made for! The Hodde Bros Airstream activation space is perfect for corporate trade shows, festival sponsorships and brand activation events! You can even wrap or brand the Airstream trailer to amplify your message!

The Airstream is commonly booked for cocktail catering and coffee service. But it’s much more than that.

The bar itself can also be removed, allowing the Airstream to transform into a VIP lounge, photo booth, retail space or anything else you can think of. We built it with your needs in mind – whatever they might be. The possibilities are endless!

Travel within LA’s TMZ or “Thirty Mile Zone” (a 30 mile radius from Beverly Hills) is included in the mobile bar rental fee. Travel beyond this zone is charged at $1 per mile round trip. Travel outside 250 miles must be approved by the vendor. Additional fees may apply.

The trailer is designed to be able to stand alone without any additional decor. However, you are welcome to add decorations to the trailer to help match the look of your event.

Decorations must be approved by the vendor and cannot permanently alter or damage the trailer. We also offer a selection of decor that can be added to your package for an additional fee.

The Airstream was designed to be modular and can transform into multiple activations, including a bar, photo booth, VIP lounge and pop-up retail space.

The rig has overhead lighting, hardwood floors, automatic air vents, a 12-foot hydraulic door, anti-slip stairs and multiple power outlets. 

The bar activation also includes a 12-foot light-up LED bar, back bar, multiple prep tables, 2 service wells, a hand-washing sink and storage.

We carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance. (Clients and venues can be added as “additional insured” to our policy.) Bartenders are certified (TIPS/STAR) to serve alcohol in CA. We do not carry a liquor license and are not involved with the direct sale of alcohol, but we can serve alcohol at private events closed to the general public.

We are a dry hire service and don’t carry a liquor license. That means we can’t participate in the sale of alcohol. We can, however, serve alcohol that is supplied by the event host.

Don’t worry though! Our retail partner will manage the process for you. We’ll send them your bar breakdown, and they’ll invoice you directly. Yes, it’s another bill to pay, but you save a ton and get to keep any alcohol that’s left over. They will also deliver your order straight to your venue! Easy peasy.

We focus on hosted events at private venues, which are usually exempt from ABC and other permitting. Events held on public property or open to the public require additional permitting, which is the responsibility of the client. Cash bars require a liquor license, even if the event is private or on private property. 

Yes. The Airstream can be rented for filming, photo shoots, or for use by a third party caterer. (Approval required)

You betcha! Multi-day (or multi-event) bookings, long-term rentals and mobile tours are all a-okay with us. We even provide discounts for long-term and multi-event bookings.

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of the event forfeit their deposit. Events cancelled within 30 days of the event are not refundable.

The client is responsible for event weatherproofing. We can work with your vendor to select the perfect size tent. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rain dates due to our advance bookings.

Ideally, the Airstream should be within 50 feet of a standard 120-volt electrical outlet. For shorter events, the Airstream’s built-in battery deck may be able to run the bar lights and other bar accessories. A dedicated plug may be necessary for longer events, or configurations with appliances that draw significant power, like coffee or slushy machines. 

No power? No problem. Add a generator to your booking for an additional fee.

The Airstream requires flat ground for setup and service. We’ll also need clear access to wherever you want us to put it. The amount of time it takes to set up the rig depends on your activation. (Bar, photo booth, lounge, retail, etc.)

Typically, the bar setup takes 2.5 hrs and must be completed 30 minutes before guests arrive. We may require early access to the venue depending on the placement of other vendors on site.

We can’t just pull up to any corner and serve drinks, although that would be awesome! The Blind Tiger Bar is a dry hire mobile bartending service for private events. That means we provide you with everything you need, except the booze. (Don’t worry, we have a retail partner that makes the process seamless.)
